Sinister SEYMOUR hosted FRIGHT NIGHT on KHJ-TV and Seymour's Monster Rally on KTLA when I was a wee tadpole-- Larry Vincent played Seymour AND Banjo Billy, Seymour's brightly attired nemesis, 
who would sneak onto the show as the "Banjo Whiz". Seymour was
succeeded by MOONA LISA, then ELVIRA.
